In China, people have been feasting on noodles for at least 2,000 years. And while it&#8217;s no longer believed that pasta is one of the many exotic ingredients explorer Marco Polo introduced to Italians following his Asian travels, it is true that China rivals Italy in its love for the slippery long noodle.</p>
